Tus principales responsabilidades serán:
- Aprobar y controlar el presupuesto de las áreas de Servicios Generales y Abastecimiento.
- Implementar y supervisar los procedimientos de Compras y de Almacenes (recibo, almacenamiento, despacho e inventario) del área de Abastecimiento; así como, sus procesos y políticas.
- Supervisar y controlar el funcionamiento del área de Administración y Servicios Generales, incluyendo procesos y políticas, en especial para sus servicios de alimentación, seguridad/vigilancia, transporte y movilidad del personal en cada sede, entre otros.
- Garantizar que se tienen en cuenta las necesidades locales en la gestión por categorías.
- Realizar negociaciones estratégicas con proveedores claves para contrataciones a largo plazo o compra de bienes de alto impacto en la organización.
- Supervisar y autorizar las relaciones con proveedores, incluyendo las Debida Diligencia nível 1.
- Acompañar el desarrollo de los proyectos; asegurando el involucramiento del área de Compras en las adquisiciones y contrataciones necesarias; y por lo tanto, garantizando el cumplimiento de los lineamientos del Grupo.
¿Qué necesitamos de ti?
Indispensables:
- Carrera universitaria en Ingeniería Industrial, Administración de Empresas, Economía, Ingeniería Mecánica, Ingeniería Eléctrica, Ingeniería Sistemas o afines.
- Estudios de especialización: Logística o Cadena de Suministro.
- Conocimientos en almacenes, compras, control de Inventarios y transporte.
- Manejo de MS Office.
- SAP-MM. Compras, Inventarios y Almacenes.
Deseables:
- Contabilidad a nível intermedio.
- Finanzas a nível básico.
- Manejo de Power BI, Power Apps.
