The Opportunity
As a Clinical Contract Administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth financial and operational execution of our clinical studies. You will act as a key collaborator between Clinical Operations, Medical Affairs, Clinical Development, Procurement, Legal, and Finance to manage the lifecycle of supplier contracts and payments. Key Accountabilities
- Drive Financial Accuracy: Create and track purchase orders (POs), invoices, and accruals using our financial systems to ensure all supplier payments are precise and timely.
- Optimize Data Integrity: Maintain and update contract information within our tracking tools to ensure completeness and accuracy at all times.
- Master Contract Lifecycle Management: Take end-to-end responsibility for the contract signature process, from initial request through to service termination and final reconciliation. Track, maintain, and update assigned contract information within the CDMA tracking tools to ensure completeness and accuracy, as applicable.
- Champion Compliance Reporting: Prepare and submit reports regarding transfers of value to healthcare providers, ensuring full adherence to industry transparency standards like the Sunshine Act.
- Build Strategic Partnerships: Cultivate strong, collaborative relationships with cross-functional leaders and external suppliers to meet ambitious business goals. Help drive the site budget negotiations in alignment with Fair Market Value.
- Other tasks may be assigned from time to time to support the overall CDMA function.

To be successful in this role, you bring:
- Educational Foundation: A Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field (or equivalent relevant expertise in the healthcare industry).
- Sector Experience: 3-5+ years of professional experience, with specific expertise in purchase order (PO) creation and invoice management. Experience with negotiating budgets with clinical sites is a plus.
- Technical Proficiency: Proven experience tracking financial data such as accruals and payments within complex business environments.
- Collaborative Mindset: The ability to work independently while effectively partnering across functions like Legal, Procurement, and Clinical Operations. Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to perform in a fast-paced, matrixed environment where fluid, cross-team collaboration is crucial.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English).
