Are you a highly networked, strategic Market Access professional ready to secure first-mover advantage for cutting-edge precision diagnostics in the UK? We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Market Access Manager to lead the UK genomics and oncology market access strategy, driving the early adoption of our rapidly evolving pipeline. This role is instrumental in positioning Roche as the partner of choice to the NHS, proactively dismantling market access barriers to deliver maximum patient access to innovative medical technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the UK market access strategy across genomics and oncology, aligning with the UK's Life Sciences Vision and NHS 10-Year Plan.
  • Create and execute adoption and implementation plans for our pipeline in Genomics and Oncology.
  • Anticipate and address access barriers for key pipeline assets.
  • Foster and expand extensive senior relationships with external stakeholders, including NHS Genomics, the Office for Life Sciences (OLS), and Genetic Laboratory Hubs (GLHs).
  • Collaborate across functions (Medical Affairs, Health Economics, Public Affairs, Marketing and Commercial) and with Roche Products to support the personalised healthcare strategy.
What You Bring:
  • Extensive experience in market access, commercial sales, or medical affairs within a healthcare setting.
  • Clinical disease area expertise is essential.
  • Excellent and demonstrated understanding of the UK Genomics landscape, including the competitive environment and evolving NHS policy.
  • A proven ability to cultivate and leverage a senior-level professional network within the UK's genomics and oncology ecosystem, including established relationships with key decision-makers at NHS Genomics, OLS, and GLHs.
  • Strong project management and interpersonal skills, comfortable in a complex, networked environment.
