Job Summary
As a Medical Affairs Operations Lead, you will be a strategic partner in the execution of global launch preparations and clinical adoption activities for our medical solutions.
You will drive operational excellence by managing timelines, resources, and budgets for high-impact medical projects in a high-performing, agile environment.
Responsibilities
- Master Operational Delivery: manage the end-to-end lifecycle of medical affairs activities, from resource identification and scheduling to budget monitoring and delivery.
- Drive Launch Excellence: partner with cross-functional squads to provide agile facilitation support for the development of Integrated Evidence Plans and global launch strategies.
