You will be a vital part of our Medical Affairs Chapter in the Roche UK affiliate. You will leverage your deep medical and scientific expertise to shape and drive strategic initiatives both locally and globally. You are experienced in translating complex scientific data into actionable insights that drive strategic decisions. With a strong track record of building relationships with healthcare experts and influencers, you are ready to contribute to high‐impact projects and collaborate across teams.
You also bring:
- A scientific university degree and relevant experience in Medical Affairs, with NHS/clinical experience where applicable
- Broad expertise in medical affairs, including data & insight generation, scientific partnerships, medical education, and strategy
- Proven ability to engage and collaborate with the clinical community to deliver value‐adding outcomes
- Experience in leading and mentoring peers, as well as managing stakeholder relationships
- Strong critical appraisal and communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex information for external audiences
- Experience in Nephrology, Rheumatology or Immunology is strongly preferred
