Kitchen Assistant - BANK

Roche Health Care are looking to recruit a Kitchen Assistant to join our friendly team at Tudor House, Selby.

Salary: £12.21phr

Hours: BANK – Kitchen hours are 9:00‑2:00 pm, 2:00‑7:00 pm, 9:00‑7:00 pm.

Experience in Kitchen or Catering is required and experience in Care would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Assist in organising and controlling the efficient and economic production of quality food within the allowed budget, whilst maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Basic food hygiene certificate.
• Good communication skills.
• Experience in food preparation for relevant service user group required.
• Evidence of high level commitment to personal development, training and education.
• Have a genuine interest in working within a caring environment, an ability to communicate effectively at all levels, and be able to work as part of the team.
• Be a kind and considerate person who is innovative and caring.
