Overview

Company: Roche Health Care

Location: Hartshead Manor, Cleckheaton

Salary: up to £13.52phr dependent on experience

Hours: Full Time (9.00am to 3.00pm) Monday to Friday

Knowledge of HR would be advantageous. Ideally, we would like someone with care home experience. We provide a range of care and support services for our older residents, some of whom have dementia. Responsibilities

Main purpose of the job: to maintain all documentation within the Care Home including staff, residents, DBS & reference requests and assistance with onboarding new starters. Deal with any internal enquiries and liaise with all members of the team. Work is varied so you will need to be adaptable and work to deadlines.

Qualifications

Education level: The minimum requirements are to have strong IT skills and basic bookkeeping skills. Good level of spoken and written English.

Experience: Experience of working in an office environment in an administrative role (a healthcare setting would be advantageous but not essential). Working with electronic systems to calculate wage hours, process homes invoices, staff records etc. We work with Fusion and Atlas systems.

Personal qualities: The post holder must have good communication and organisational skills, be honest & reliable, have attention to detail, be professional, and have a good standard of appearance.
