Roche Health Care is looking to recruit a Care Assistant to join our friendly team at Hartshead Manor, Cleckheaton.
Location: Hartshead Manor, Cleckheaton.
Salary: £12.71 per hour.
Hours: BANK – Days or Nights: 07:00-19:00pm or 19:00-07:00am with alternate weekends.
Responsibilities
- Provide care and support services for our older residents, many of whom have dementia.
- Deliver care with compassion, maintain dignity and respect, and uphold our commitment to quality.
Qualifications and Experience
- Experience in care.
- Dementia or end-of-life care experience.
- Experience working with older service users (preferred but not essential).
- Willingness to undertake vocational training programme.
- Kind, considerate, innovative and caring disposition.
- Ability to provide quality care.
