We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Commercial Valuation Surveyor to join our growing team in Norfolk. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced or recently qualified surveyor (circa 2 years PQE) looking to develop their career within a dynamic and supportive environment. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality valuation advice across a diverse commercial property portfolio, including retail, office, and industrial assets throughout Norfolk and the wider East of England region.
Key Responsibilities
- Undertake Red Book-compliant valuations for a range of purposes including secured lending, financial reporting and accounting, tax, pension review, investment, and asset management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, lenders, and stakeholders.
- Contribute to the growth of the business by identifying new business opportunities across the Commercial valuation sector.
- Support senior team members on complex instructions and larger portfolio valuations.
- Contribute to the development of the junior members of the team.
About You
- MRICS qualified with at least 2 years’ post-qualification experience.
- Strong knowledge of the commercial property market, particularly within Norfolk and the surrounding areas.
- Experience in undertaking a variety of commercial valuations.
- Excellent analytical and report-writing skills.
- Strong communication skills with a client-focused approach.
- Ability to manage workload effectively and meet deadlines.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Experience working with lending institutions.
- Established local market contacts.
