Pay range: $16.60 – $23.81 / hour.

Minimum Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Knowledge of baking techniques.
• Ability to work as part of a team and interact positively with customers.
• Proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking) and ability to follow instructions.
• Availability to work based on store needs.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

Essential Functions

1. Greet customers and provide prompt, courteous service.
2. Work collaboratively with team members, upholding the \”Golden Rule\”.
3. Assist in receiving, unloading, and verifying merchandise, ensuring quality and proper rotation.
4. Maintain inventory, handle damaged goods, and assist with stock management.
5. Prepare baking mixtures, operate bakery equipment, and meet product specifications.
6. Adhere to health, safety, and sanitation standards.
7. Maintain personal appearance and store cleanliness.
8. Organize display cases and equipment, and ensure safety practices are followed.

Secondary Job Functions

• Restock supplies efficiently.
• Promote products and notify management of theft or shoplifting.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
