Act as a true brand ambassador, showcasing Roche Bobois’ vision of luxury, creativity, and craftsmanship. Welcome and advise clients with confidence and enthusiasm, uncovering their tastes and needs to design bespoke solutions. Present our exclusive collections and guide clients through customisation options. Develop long-lasting, trusting relationships with clients to ensure loyalty and repeat business. Drive your sales goals in a competitive, high-end retail environment while ensuring outstanding customer satisfaction.
Required Skills and Personal Attributes:
- Full and permanent eligibility to work in the UK without a need for sponsorship
- At least 2+ years’ experience in luxury retail, ideally within furniture, interiors, or design.
- Passion for design, furniture, and art, with a creative eye and attention to detail.
- Availability to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) as part of your schedule.
Schedule: 5 days a week with Saturday and Sunday being a working day.
