Rochdale Training is seeking a motivated Employer Skills Advisor to engage with employers across Rochdale and Greater Manchester. This role requires excellent communication and sales skills to build relationships and promote Apprenticeship programmes.

The position offers a basic salary of £27,000, plus commission, with 33 days of annual leave and opportunities for ongoing development. You will work Monday to Thursday (09:00–17:30) and Friday (09:00–16:30) in a dynamic environment that values equality and safeguarding.
