About the Role
Rochdale Training is looking for a confident and motivated Employer Skills Advisor to join our team. This is a front-facing, target-driven role where you’ll work closely with employers across Rochdale and Greater Manchester, building relationships, securing new business, and supporting workforce development through Apprenticeships and training. This is an exciting opportunity where no two days are the same, ideal for someone who enjoys being out meeting people, developing partnerships, and making an impact. You’ll also have the support of a dedicated recruitment and marketing team, helping you to succeed, generate leads, and maximise your performance every day.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Act as a front-facing representative engaging employers across the region
- Meet monthly targets by generating leads through cold calling, face-to-face engagement, and networking events
- Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients
- Promote Apprenticeships, training for the workforce and commercial training programmes
- Work across key sectors including: Health
