The Governors of Milnrow Parish CE Primary School are seeking to appoint an experienced and highly motivated person to join our friendly team of enthusiastic staff. The postholder will start as soon as possible depending on the availability of the applicant. Training will be provided for the position.

The Job Description will show the duties expected but it is desirable that you have previous experience of:
- Providing support to primary aged children and pupils with additional needs.
- Working under the general direction of a qualified teacher.
You will need to enjoy working as part of a team, have the enthusiasm to inspire and the creativity, drive and commitment to support children to achieve and enjoy learning. This is a contract linked to children in Reception who have EHCPs in place. The successful candidate will have the experience and/or the ability to support the children with additional learning needs to make appropriate progress relevant to their individual targets and attend to children’s personal needs including toileting, hygiene, dressing and feeding, as well as help with social, welfare and health matters, reporting problems to the teacher as appropriate.
