- Has the personal and social skills to communicate clearly and sensitively, establishing and sustaining good relationships with parents, pupils and other staff.
- Is an excellent and reflective classroom practitioner.

- Has the knowledge, enthusiasm and ability to inspire and motivate children to learn.
- Has a secure understanding of play and is able to support this at all levels.
- Has a warm and friendly personality.
The successful applicant will have the ability to work with children with a range of needs, including profound and complex needs, across the key stages and the curriculum. Our enthusiastic children and staff are keen to meet you. You are very welcome to visit us prior to making an application.
