What we are looking for:
- We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Level 4 Teaching Assistant to join our supportive team from 1st September 2025.
- The successful candidate will:
- Be committed to safeguarding children and families.
- Support teaching and learning in the classroom, working under the guidance of the class teacher.
- Cover PPA and cover whole class for teacher absence.
- Provide targeted support to individual pupils and small groups to help them achieve their full potential.
- Assist in the preparation of teaching materials and classroom resources.
- Promote the school's ethos and values, acting as a role model for pupils.
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Be proactive, enthusiastic, and committed to fostering a positive learning environment.
