What we are looking for:

  • We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Level 4 Teaching Assistant to join our supportive team from 1st September 2025.
  • The successful candidate will:
  • Be committed to safeguarding children and families.
  • Support teaching and learning in the classroom, working under the guidance of the class teacher.
  • Cover PPA and cover whole class for teacher absence.
  • Provide targeted support to individual pupils and small groups to help them achieve their full potential.
  • Assist in the preparation of teaching materials and classroom resources.
  • Promote the school's ethos and values, acting as a role model for pupils.
  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Be proactive, enthusiastic, and committed to fostering a positive learning environment.
