Qualifications:
- GCSE in Maths and English (A*‑C, or level 9‑4), or a level 3 in literacy or numeracy, or a CSE Grade 1 in English and Mathematics.
- Level 3 qualification QCF/NQF/RQF (or NVQ prior to 2010) in Teaching and Learning.
- The ability to converse at ease with customers and service users and provide advice in accurate spoken English.
