About the role
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Technical Support Team within the Revenues and Benefits Service. This permanent, full-time role includes supporting the Council Tax, Business Rates, Benefits and Corporate Debt Teams and to ensure quality is at the heart of service delivery and compliance with legislation, accuracy and maximisation of benefit/support.
About you
You will have significant experience of working within a Revenues & Benefits environment. Knowledge of Revenues & Benefits legislation and procedures is essential, and the successful candidate will possess excellent communication and organisational skills, be proficient in the use of Information Technology, and the ability to work in a pressurised environment, delivering priority work with accuracy and within timescales.
