Kingsway Park High School is seeking an exceptional Pastoral Director to play a pivotal leadership role in shaping behaviour, inclusion and student wellbeing across our vibrant and diverse 11‐16 school. With approximately 1,350 students representing 47 nationalities and 25 languages, we are proud of our inclusive ethos, high expectations and unwavering commitment to ensuring every child can thrive. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and line manage Heads of Year and members of the Pastoral Team
  • Drive a strong Behaviour for Learning culture across the school
  • Lead on behaviour systems including suspensions, reintegration, report cards, Reset Room and intervention strategies
  • Monitor and analyse behaviour, attendance and safeguarding data to identify trends and implement impactful strategies
  • Work closely with the Deputy Headteacher (Inclusion) and Assistant Headteacher (Behaviour & Attitudes) to deliver an outstanding pastoral vision
  • Support students with SEMH and behavioural needs to successfully follow 'The Kingsway'
  • Build strong partnerships with families and external agencies to secure positive outcomes
