Rochdale Council’s EPiC Lives Enablement and Reablement Pilots seek two Occupational Therapists to join a six-month, 37-hour-per-week pilot in Rochdale STARS. You will deliver specialist assessments and enablement plans to help young people and working-age adults regain independence after hospital stays.

You will work with social care, health colleagues and partner agencies, travel around the borough, provide professional guidance to other staff and contribute to monitoring and evaluating the programme.
