We are seeking to appoint a skilled and motivated ICT Technician (Level 3) to join our supportive team and play a key role in maintaining and developing our IT systems.

The Role

  • Provide day-to-day technical support for staff and pupils across the school.
  • Maintain, troubleshoot, and manage hardware, software, and network systems.
  • Support the effective use of ICT in teaching, learning, and administration.
  • Assist with the installation, configuration, and updating of IT equipment and systems.
  • Ensure systems are secure, reliable, and compliant with data protection and safeguarding requirements.
  • Liaise with external IT providers where necessary.
  • Contribute to the wider life of the school as part of the support staff team.

About You

  • Holds a recognised ICT Technician Level 3 qualification (or equivalent).
  • Has experience working in an ICT support role, ideally within an educational setting.
  • Has strong technical knowledge of hardware, software, and network systems.
  • Is organised, proactive, and able to manage their workload effectively.
  • Demonstrates excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Is approachable, patient, and able to work well with children and adults.
  • Shows a commitment to supporting the school’s values and ethos.
