Salary: School Support Scale points 19 – 24. Actual £27,701 - £30,596

Contract: Permanent, Term Time Only, 32.5 hrs a week

We are seeking a passionate, resilient and committed Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join our growing Inclusion and Personalised Pathways Provision at Kingsway Park High School. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in our newly developed support base, Seacole — a nurturing and inclusive provision designed to help students with additional needs successfully engage with mainstream education. Working across Key Stages 3 and 4, you will support students with a range of needs including SEMH and SEND, lead learning activities, deliver targeted interventions and provide high-quality classroom support. This role is ideal for an experienced Teaching Assistant ready to take the next step in their career.
