Salary: Schools Support Pay Spine 25-29 currently £36,363 - £39,862 per annum. Actual salary for term time only is £31,418 - £34,441.

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Head of Year (Non-Teaching) to join our strong pastoral team at Kingsway Park High School. This is a pivotal role within the school, responsible for leading the academic progress, behaviour, attendance and wellbeing of a year group. Working closely with students, families, form tutors and senior leaders, you will provide high-quality pastoral leadership and ensure that every student feels supported, valued and able to thrive. This role is ideal for someone passionate about supporting young people, removing barriers to learning and making a tangible difference to students’ lives every day.

Experience of working in a school or similar setting is desirable, as is training in pastoral support, counselling strategies or leadership.
