We are looking for someone who is organised, proactive and confident in a busy, fast-paced environment. The role forms part of the front door to the EHC Team and offers hybrid and flexible working.
Responsibilities
- Managing day to day administrative tasks
- Answering phone enquiries and providing accurate, timely information
- Monitoring the team inbox and responding to queries appropriately
- Issuing draft and final EHCPs
- Initiating statutory EHC needs assessments
- Processing annual review paperwork
Qualifications
- Confident communicator with families and professionals
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a busy workload
- Competent with ICT systems
- Experience working with children, young people or families is desirable
