Hollingworth Learning Trust is seeking a Governance and Compliance Manager for a permanent role based at the Trust Head Office in Rochdale, with travel to schools. 36.25 hours per week, Monday to Friday, all year round. Salary £42,839–£47,181 pro‑rata. Start date September 2026.
You will lead the compliance strategy across the trust, advising Trustees and Local Governors, and overseeing audits, policy reviews and risk registers while maintaining attention to detail and analytical rigour.
