Children\’s Services are seeking a dynamic and experienced Performance Improvement Manager to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead our data and performance management functions, ensuring our services are driven by robust data and intelligence and contributing to our ongoing drive for excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the Children\’s Services data and performance management functions, ensuring alignment with corporate and business strategies.
  • Oversee the use of data systems to organize, store, and analyse data.
  • Manage the provision and coordination of high-quality planning and performance information.
  • Drive continuous improvement through research and analysis to inform service planning and delivery.
  • Provide challenge and support for statutory returns and inspections, including post-inspection action plans.

  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex information.
