Position: 2 Receptionist Posts – Norden SEND Family Hub
Part‑time, Temporary for 12 months
Work Hours:
- Post 1 – 9.00 am – 2.00 pm
- Post 2 – 5 afternoon shifts, including up to 3 evenings per week finishing at 7.00 pm. Monday to Friday and occasional weekends
Location: Norden SEND Family Hub, next to Norden Community Primary School, Shawfield Lane, Norden, Rochdale, OL12 7RQ (occasionally based at other hubs within the Rochdale North Neighbourhood)

- Manage phone and in‑person enquiries efficiently and professionally
- Support the smooth running of the hub with admin and organisational tasks
- Work collaboratively with a dedicated team to deliver outstanding service
