Are you an organised, proactive and confident administrator who enjoys making things run smoothly? Rochdale Borough Council is looking for a PA to Assistant Directors to provide high-quality support across Finance and Digital, ICT and Transformation.
This is a great opportunity to work at the heart of Corporate Services, supporting senior leaders, contributing to important council priorities and helping services deliver effectively for residents.
In this varied role you will:
- Manage diaries, emails and correspondence
- Prepare agendas and minutes
- Support meetings
- Maintain accurate records
- Help coordinate day to day business across busy service areas
You will be trusted to handle sensitive information, prioritise competing demands, use your initiative and build positive relationships with colleagues, elected members and partner organisations.
We are looking for someone with:
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good IT skills including spreadsheets and databases
- Experience of PA or administrative support
