An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Funding and Payments Team Leader to join our established team within Governance and Business Support, Adult Care Services. This key leadership role is integral to the effective management and delivery of funding and payments activity, supporting Adult Care Services to provide high-quality outcomes for the people we support.

The postholder will oversee a diverse portfolio of delivery and development functions, contributing to strategic development while ensuring a consistently high standard of service delivery to internal and external partners. We are a fast-paced, dynamic team that takes pride in our work. The successful applicant will be highly organised, methodical, and able to manage competing priorities effectively in a demanding environment.

The role requires confident engagement with colleagues at all levels across the Council, including senior management, elected members, and external partners. You will be a proven leader with a forward-thinking and solutions-focused approach.
