Family Hub Receptionist Positions in Rochdale

We are offering the following positions:

  1. 2 x 25-hour temporary positions (fixed term for 12 months) at Rochdale North Neighbourhood, Norden Family Hub, Rochdale, OL12 7RQ. These are Monday to Friday roles, with days and times to be arranged to meet service needs.
  2. 1 x 25-hour permanent position at Rochdale North Neighbourhood, Howard Street Family Hub, Rochdale, OL12 0PP. The earliest start date for this role will be at the beginning of November. The working hours are Monday 8am-6pm, Tuesday 8am-6pm, and Wednesday 8am-1pm.

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Early Help and Early Years’ Service as a Family Hub Receptionist. Our service includes Family Hubs, Parenting and Relationship Programmes, Family Learning, Family Information Service, Rochdale initiatives, Early Years Childcare and Advisory Team, SEND, Outreach Support, and Funding Team. We work closely with EHASH, NEST, Family Group Conferencing, and other teams across Children’s Services.

We seek a passionate, committed individual with relevant experience to support children and families in our neighbourhoods. You will be line managed by the Neighbourhood Lead and collaborate with parents, children, and partner agencies to enhance our Family Hub offerings.
