Elections Manager

As our Elections Manager, you’ll lead the delivery of all electoral services, from planning and running elections to maintaining an accurate electoral register.

You’ll manage a dedicated team, ensure compliance with electoral law, and drive innovation to improve the experience for voters and stakeholders alike.

  • Lead the Elections Team to deliver all aspects of electoral services.
  • Plan and manage local, regional, and national elections, including staffing, training, and logistics.
  • Ensure compliance with legislation, guidance, and statutory deadlines.
  • Oversee the accuracy and maintenance of the electoral register.
  • Manage budgets and resources effectively.
  • Act as the main point of contact for candidates, agents, and key stakeholders.
  • Champion continuous improvement and excellent customer service.

  • Strong knowledge of electoral law and statutory requirements.
