We have an exciting opportunity for an individual to join the Rochdale EHC Team on a permanent contract in the post of EHC Assessment and Review Officer.

This post is part-time (2 days per week)
The successful applicant should be
- Experienced in the field of SEND and developing EHC Plans.
- Passionate about delivering high quality services for children and young people with SEND.
- Knowledgeable of the regulations for SEND.
- Effective at analysing and summarising information to prepare clear and concise reports.
- Highly organised, with meticulous attention to detail.
- An excellent communicator, confident in liaising with various stakeholders - including parents, schools, local authorities, internal and external agencies.
- A team player, able to manage a fast-paced workload.
In accordance with Section 7 of the Immigration Act 2016 this post requires the ability to converse at ease with the members of the public and provide advice in accurate spoken English.

Appointment to this post is subject to an enhanced DBS including a barred list check child workforce.
