Are you ready to take the next step in your safeguarding career? This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced safeguarding professional to lead and influence safeguarding practice across schools in Rochdale. Working within the School Support Service, you will provide expert advice, support and constructive challenge to schools, develop and deliver safeguarding training, contribute to multi-agency safeguarding partnerships, and help shape policy and practice that improves outcomes for children and young people.
We're looking for someone with strong safeguarding and child protection experience, excellent partnership-working skills, and a sound understanding of current safeguarding legislation and education practice. You'll be confident supporting and challenging senior leaders, managing complex safeguarding issues, and championing the best interests of children at every opportunity.
