This is a casual role paying £13.69 an hour. We are looking for dynamic and forward thinking individuals to join our team on a temporary basis as a Triage & Prevention Assistant. This is an exciting opportunity to support the implementation of our Digital Strategic plan, which aims to develop digital inclusion across adult care.
The team is responsible for the provision of Assistive Technology (including Careline) and looking at alternative methods that could delay the need for care and support across Rochdale, enabling them to live healthier for longer.
In this exciting role, you will have the opportunity to be part of the Assistive Technology team with a focus on programming units, booking appointments, completing the registration process and updating databases. You will work alongside other roles within the prevention team, specifically the Front Door and Careline functions.
You will demonstrate Rochdale values and actively promote equality and diversity, being responsive to the growing needs of the community. You will be passionate about improving the lives of the people of Rochdale, be highly motivated and an excellent communicator. The successful candidate will be able to work across 7 days, flexibly and outside of normal working hours to attend meetings and other events on occasion, as required by the Service. The successful candidate will be required to travel within the borough and in other locations.
