About the role
The purpose of the role is to deliver the production of high-quality recipes & dishes, desserts, breads and other baked goods for both the restaurant and our functions and events programme. Within the role you will be required cook & prepare under the direction of the Sous Chef and Executive Chef.
This is a casual ad hoc position paying £13.26 per hour

We are looking for a passionate, experienced Casual Chef de Partie to join our busy kitchen team.
As a Casual Chef de Partie, you will deliver a range of recipes with a focus on seasonal and local-first produce. Menus will include both the restaurant and functions menus, including weddings, dinners and festivals, as well as bespoke commissions.
