Are you an experienced, proactive HR professional with the drive to make a difference? We have a fantastic opportunity for a People Business Partner to join us on our exciting transformation journey, embedding People Partnering within RBH.
A true People / HR generalist, you will operate in a business partner model, supported by a People Adviser meaning you will also lead a high-quality people advisory service, working with managers, key stakeholders and teams across the business to create positive business outcomes and people solutions.
You will coach, guide and support, delivering training and being integral in the development and review of people policies, procedures and supporting documentation. You will be responsible for managing high-level, complex or escalated employment relations casework including disciplinary, grievance, absence management, change management up to and including tribunal.
As a People Business Partner, you will ensure robust consultation and engagement of unions and colleagues throughout all activities, building strong and productive union relationships. Supported by and working alongside the wider People team, you will ensure successful and strong workforce planning, talent management and analyse and interpret management information using the intelligence to identify trends, patterns and make evidence-based decisions which inform future action and intervention.
Successful applicants will be CIPD qualified (level 5) / Associate CIPD membership or have equivalent experience. You will have experience of developing people policies and procedures in line with best practice and feel confident coaching and influencing line managers and business leaders. We are looking for an individual with experience of change management (including redundancy and TUPE) and of working with Trade Unions.
