The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.
As an IT Trainer you will be responsible for designing, documenting and delivering high-quality IT training across the organisation, ensuring colleagues are confident and capable in using the technology required for their roles. You will work closely with IT, People & Culture and business teams to identify skills gaps, support technology change, and embed new systems and ways of working through effective training and ongoing support. You will play a key role in supporting IT change initiatives by ensuring colleagues are well prepared for new or updated applications, processes and tools.
What we are looking for?
- Proven experience in an IT Trainer, Technical Trainer or similar role
- Strong knowledge of IT systems and business applications, with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear, practical training
- Experience designing and delivering engaging training for both technical and non-technical audiences
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess training needs and measure effectiveness
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and adapt training approaches to different learning styles
