We have an exciting opportunity for a Independence and Wellbeing assistant to join our team on a temporary basis until March 2027. As our IWB assistant you will provide high quality administrative support to our Independence and Wellbeing Service.
This is a busy role, working across fast-paced teams where you can make a real difference to our customers. Your duties will vary daily and will include maintaining records, ordering goods and services, communicating with customers and external agencies and working with internal teams.
What are we looking for?
Strong communication skills with the ability to deal with customers who may be vulnerable, have different needs or who are experiencing difficult situations.
Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with colleagues, customers and partners.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to effectively and efficiently manage workloads and meet deadlines through teamwork and time management.
Positively embraces change and is adaptable to the ever-changing social housing sector.
Good Microsoft Office and database management skills with the ability to maintain records and produce documents to a professional and accurate standard.
