Full Time Permanent Position 36.25 hours a week Are you passionate about supporting people and helping to create sustainable communities? We are looking for a Regeneration Engagement Officer to lead and deliver community engagement across all regeneration and development activities. This includes the next stage of our Lower Falinge regeneration, potentially involving up to 200 new homes, and our significant 10-year, multi-million-pound regeneration programme for homes adjacent to Rochdale town centre. We want to ensure that our customers are at the heart of our plans, and you will make sure that their voices are heard. You will develop tailored and co-designed engagement plans to meet the diverse needs of our customers and stakeholders, including face-to-face consultations, digital, and printed materials. You will also be the point of contact for customers impacted by our regeneration programmes and support the Senior Regeneration Officer in delivering support to existing customers in our regeneration areas. This role is located in the Borough of Rochdale and requires regular office and field-based work throughout the Borough. You will help us lay the foundations and make decisions that create a positive impact for current and future customers.
