Regeneration Delivery Manager

Full time – Permanent

36.25 hours a week

We're looking for a Regeneration Delivery Manager to join our team at a pivotal time in our ongoing improvement journey. As the Regeneration Delivery Manager, you'll drive genuine change and improvements for our customers and communities.

You'll lead our project management office for regeneration and development, overseeing new build and regeneration processes from feasibility to completion. You'll supervise colleagues, including the Project Manager and Project Support Officer, and play a key role in securing funding and delivering partnerships to enable the delivery of homes.

This role is at the heart of our plans to create stronger and more sustainable communities for the future. You'll be a key part of the next stage of our Lower Falinge regeneration, potentially including up to 200 new homes, and you'll contribute to a significant 10-year, multi-million pound regeneration programme for homes adjacent to Rochdale town centre.

You'll work with colleagues, partners, and communities to ensure all our developments are truly customer-focused. This role offers access to a variety of funding streams for building and placemaking, allowing you to make a substantial impact on the community.

Additionally, you'll help build and develop our team as we strive to become a great provider of homes in Rochdale. Here at RBH, we've recently returned to compliance with the Regulator of Social Housing, and we have a new Corporate Strategy that sets out our aims and ambitions for the next three years. It’s an exciting time for the right person to join us on our improvement journey.

This role is located in the Borough of Rochdale and requires regular office and field based working throughout the Borough.
