We are looking for a highly organized, professional, confident OD Adviser to join our Organisational Development team at RBH.
As our OD Advisor you will provide support to both the OD Manager and OD Business partners in ensuring the efficient delivery of recruitment, training and OD initiatives across RBH.
You will work closely with key stakeholders across the organisation to identify learning needs and source suitable solutions, supporting the design, delivery, and evaluation of learning initiatives across the organisational, alongside supporting the end-to-end recruitment process.
