Multi Trade Operational Manager Rochdale £44, -month Fixed Term Contract

Rochdale Boroughwide Housing (RBH) looking for a Multi Trades Operational Manager to lead and support the Empty Homes Team and Contractors; driving high performance, productivity, and service excellence.

In this key role, you will oversee the delivery of works to our empty homes, ensuring that services are delivered efficiently, cost-effectively, and to a high standard.

You will play a vital part in ensuring our repairs service remains competitive, customer-focused, and aligned with RBHs commitment to delivering quality homes and excellent customer experiences.

With strong leadership skills, you will experience of managing and co-ordinating an in-house workforce to deliver successful outcomes including the co-ordination of multiple trades and the management of contractors.

You will be experienced of managing budgets and deadlines, prioritising workload and resources and analysing performance information to continue to improve services.

As a confident communicator, you will feel at ease liaising with both internal and external stakeholders including colleagues, customers and partners.

You will keep up to date and research best practice across the technical area and implement any learning in the workplace.
