Hours: 36.25 & (Callout Service Rota) We are seeking a proactive individual to join our team and provide an efficient and effective electrical service to RBH clients. You’ll carry out testing, fault finding and rectification to both occupied and empty properties, ensuring compliance with the ongoing Electrical Installation Condition Report (EICR) program. Working with other trades colleagues, you’ll complete work promptly, working to ‘right first time’ to minimise interruptions to our customers. You’ll survey the job, determining if any materials need to be ordered and assist in the day-to-day repairs and installation service. We’re looking for an individual with experience of repairing security and electrical systems across a multitude of properties, including domestic, commercial and public buildings. You’ll be accustomed to working alongside other trades and will have experience of working at heights. With knowledge of electrical, security, intruder, CCTV, access control, you will be able to identify issues and provide a repair service quickly and efficiently. The following qualifications are essential: * Electrical: City & Guilds 2330 (or equivalent) * Electrical: City & Guilds 2382 (BS7671:2018) 18th Edition IEE Regulations or equivalent NVQ up to Level 3 * Electrical: City & Guilds 2391: Testing and Inspection (or equivalent e.g. City & Guilds 2394 & 2395) * Electronic security and Emergency Systems to BTEC NVQ level 3 City & Guilds 1853 (or equivalent) You will maintain the high standards expected of this team and always deliver excellent customer care while working to tight deadlines. be part of an on-call rota and should have good knowledge of all the relevant standards. You must be able to work under your own initiative and as part of a team. Due to the nature of the role, you must hold a valid UK driving licence. What\’sin it for you?
