RBH currently have an opportunity for a Money Matters Advisor to join our Independence and Wellbeing Service, supporting RBH customers in accessing our Money Matters Service. You’ll be keen to learn, highly organised and have an excellent customer focus with experience of providing a high quality service as well as being a compassionate listener with great communication skills.
You’ll use these qualities to work as part of a team providing budgeting and low-level welfare benefit advice, maximising incomes to help enable customers to confidently manage their finances and rent accounts therefore successfully sustaining their tenancies.
