36.25 hrs Monday – Friday permanent

Are you passionate about IT and Service Delivery? Do you have good experience of delivering excellent customer service? We are looking for someone who can provide a professional, effective, and efficient IT support service to RBH colleagues to ensure that they have the IT tools available to carry out their roles as effectively as possible.

Job Overview

The Service Desk operates on a rota basis covering the hours of 7am – 5pm. The IT Support Specialist is responsible for providing first-line (and some second line) technical support to colleagues, ensuring incidents and service requests are logged, diagnosed, and resolved efficiently. The role ensures delivery of high quality customer service and supports the smooth operation of IT services across the organisation.

The role involves travel within the Rochdale Borough. Whilst a UK driving licence and for business use is preferred, any reliable means of travel is acceptable. We are looking for people with a positive can-do attitude, who are team players and can demonstrate a willingness to develop and progress in their role.
