Overview
Are you passionate about driving positive workplace culture and providing high quality support to managers and colleagues?
We are looking for a proactive, professional, confident People Adviser to join our People team at RBH.
As our People Advisor you will work closely with the People Business Partners and the wider People team including Payroll and Pensions, Recruitment and Learning and Organisational Development providing efficient, reliable and high-quality people advisory service to People Managers and Colleagues across RBH. This will include attending a range of face-to-face meetings, to support both formal and informal intervention, providing robust advice and coaching to people managers in relation to people related policies, best practise and relevant employment legislation and case law and providing advice to colleagues.
What we are looking for
- Experience of providing robust advice to people managers in relation to people policies, employment legislation and case law
- Experience of working with a HR system (HRIS) or similar
- Competent IT skills including excel skills to facilitate data reporting and analysis
- Confidence and influencing skills to share your opinion and advice, even when it may go against the views of the recipient and to ensure we achieve the best possible outcome
- Professionalism
- High levels of attention to detail
- Brilliant relationship builder
- Emotionally intelligent and empathetic with respect and understanding for the need for confidentiality and discretion.
