The predicted salary is between 28800 - 43200 £ per year.

Fixed Term 12 Months – 36.25 Hours – Full Time

Community Guardians will have designated contractual overtime attached to their post which must be fulfilled

The service operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week- Night shift may be required for this role.

RBH currently have an opportunity for an Community Guardian to join our Neighbourhoods Team.

What you will be doing:

  • Being visible and present in our RBH Communities and providing assurance to tenants and residents of our ongoing commitments to the communities we manage
  • Deliver a 24/7 concierge service by carrying out regular checks throughout the night
  • Assist the Neighbourhood Team within visits where two is necessary
  • Act as a professional witness in certain cases where there are community tensions or anti-social behaviour with the use of body worn equipment

Who are we looking for?

  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • SIA CCTV Licence
  • To be able to work with colleagues and partners to promote the safety and well-being of tenants and residents, in particular those those are vulnerable or socially isolated.
  • Review recorded CCTV on request from in house and external partners with the correct authority.
  • Rectify or report any issues which arise overnight; ensuring that the safety of tenants, residents and homes are prioritised.
  • Drive RBH Vehicles, if appropriate, throughout the borough to check on ASB and community issues and report back to relevant teams in a timely manner.
