We are looking for a Commercial Services Officer to join our Home Ownership team!
Role responsibilities
- Take ownership of managing contracts and leases, ensuring agreements are upheld and sundry debts are recovered fairly and on time.
- Ensure partnerships with managing agents and relationships with commercial customers run smoothly and professionally.
- Take ownership of monitoring, interpreting, and enforcing compliance with legal and contractual obligations.
- Manage and document debt collection activities in line with policy and legislation.
- Understand leasehold legislation and service charge frameworks.
- Assess and report on the performance of managing agents and service providers.
- Communicate clearly in written and verbal form, including explaining complex issues simply.
- Handle challenging conversations with professionalism and empathy.
- Engage with stakeholders and manage relationships effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and housing management systems.
