About the role

We are looking for an Assistant to the Chief Executive to provide confidential, high-level executive support to the Chief Executive of RBH. The role will also involve managing the Executive Assistant function for other Executive Directors.

Reporting to the Governance Manager, this position plays a vital role in RBH\’s governance, supporting the administration of Executive and Senior Leadership meetings, and ensuring statutory and governance requirements are met to comply with legal and regulatory obligations.

Key Areas of Work

  1. Assist with managing all correspondence for the Chief Executive.
  2. Distribute information from the Chief Executive to stakeholders, ensuring proper formatting.
  3. Plan and organize the Chief Executive’s calendar, including arranging meetings, travel, and accommodations.
  4. Ensure the Chief Executive is briefed with relevant paperwork and information prior to meetings.
  5. Maintain electronic and paper filing systems, including updating CRM and other systems.
  6. Undertake appropriate project work.
  7. Act as the point of contact for the Chief Executive among the Executive Team, Board Members, colleagues, and stakeholders.

About you

The ideal candidate will have a good educational background, including GSCE Maths and English (grade C/4 or above), and proficiency in Microsoft 365.

Experience in providing executive-level administrative or secretarial support to senior staff, organizing complex meetings, and taking minutes up to Board level is essential. You should be able to work under pressure, be proactive, and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
