Rochdale Borough Council is recruiting an in-house property lawyer to join the Legal Team. You will manage a varied caseload including conveyancing, planning, highways and academy conversions, supporting major regeneration schemes across the Borough.
You will advise council clients and occasionally members, negotiate points of law, and adapt to changing priorities in a busy, forward-thinking environment. Local authority experience is preferable but other backgrounds will be considered.
